Global Leaders Program award recipient Hannah Darroch teaching beginner flutists in New Brunswick
The Global Leaders Program empowers a rising generation of change-makers in music to transform lives and communities through an innovative nine-month Executive Graduate Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship, Cultural Agency, Teaching Artistry, Civic Leadership, and Organizational Management. The Schulich School of Music is proud to partner with this unique and important program.
As a result of an institutional agreement between McGill University and the Global Leaders Program, graduate music students can obtain three credits towards their degree as a result of their participation.
In addition, the agreement provides full scholarships that removes all tuition costs and provide coverage of all expenses on the ground during the two field placements.
The GLP will provide, at no cost, flights for the individual field study. Schulich School of Music scholarship winners are to apply to Graduate Studies for a travel award to offset the flight costs for the group field placement.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2019-2020 cohort. To learn more about the program or to apply, visit the Global Leaders Program website.
